Several points are considered by CAG to allot an audit of PSU :

If you have at least four partners out of which one is FCA ahd members having qualification of DISA; then your chances of getting PSU audits are more.

If you have one paid CA; it is also a plus point.

There are four categories of CA firms. Category IV is proprietory concern - these are never allotted PSU audits.
