Please tell me if I have engaged to job worker for production of pharmaceutical goods under loan licence basis,then can i take benefit of ssi exemption of 1.50 crore.

Since you wouldbe manufacturing products with brand name of another the SSI exemption would not be available.

We are manufacturer(Our name is shown on the medical sache as a manufacturer) but we provide raw material to supplier on job work basis. it is only our brand.please also tell me about provision of loan licence.
