Balance Sheet of a private limited company is yet to be finalised. Company has paid certain legal expenses and or legal fees etc related with the financial year 2015-16 [ Year ending March 2016 Ay 2016-17 ] in the month of April 2016 [ Financial Year 2016-17 Year ending March 2017 Ay 2017-18 ] . Whether provision of such legal expenses or fees is allowed ?
