Provision for gratuity

19 October 2013 Pvt.Ltd. company incorporated in 2011 have only one employee .Is there any necessity for making provision for gratuity as per AS-15. As well as can non provisioning lead to qualification in audit report???

Yes it is mandatory since it is future liabilty & may lead to disqualification.
