03 March 2019 Can employer contribute 12% Of minimum CTC prescribed RS.1800 being 12% of MINIMUM CTC RS.15000 where CTC is more than RS.15000 pm or he has to contribute 12% of actual CTC where CTC is more than RS.15000 p.m.?
please advice on the same

04 March 2019 Yes employer can contribute 12% Of minimum CTC prescribed RS.1800 being 12% of MINIMUM pay RS.15000. Higher contribution is left to the option of the employer.
