Hi.. please tell me the procedure for registration under p.f. act.
can Interior Decorator (Proprietorship) apply for Registration Under P.F. if yes what is procedure.

Dear Sachin
Whether it is Private Ltd or Partnership firm or a sole proprietor organization. It is mandatory to cover all the employees if it employees are more than20 or more people whose basic + DA is less than Rs.6,500pm.
You can approach the local provident fund office for assistance the Enforcement Officer will assist you in obtaining the PF code Number.
