Dear Sir, Ours is a Park which is registered under the Co-operative Societies And also a registered trust. the Park has employed certain coaches to train the members on Tennis and other such sports activities. My query is on what basis are the trust made liable to Provident fund. Our arguement is that we are not doing any business. we are imparting training and it is not a knowledge based instutution imparting knowledge.
