A Public Trust under Bombay Public Trust is registered at Thane Maharashtra with the main Aim and objective to start a Polytechnic and/or ITI institute from the next Academic year and to be established in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Experts advise is solicited to have through knowledge with regard to (1) What are the legal formalities are to be completed. Many thanks in advance.

11 November 2010 Please refer to the application form for type of institute you want to start and you will get the full documents / clearances requirement from the application itself. Once you are able to fill the form in total you would complete all legal requirements. Refer to the application form and its requirement

There are various stipulations laid by the
Local State Government for starting an Educational institutions.
Which involves pre starting formalities and permissions required from central and state government authorities including Board of Apprenticeship and Training, NCVT etc.

Once the permission is granted then only the institution and the course will be recognised.
