WHAT IS GOVT. LAW PROCEDURE TO CALCULATE THE LEAVE WITH WAGES & WHICH DAYS WE COUNT WHEN WE CALCULATING IT??

Leave with wages means the leave enjoyed by an individual with pay i.e. Casual Leave, Sick Leave and Earned Leave i.e one day for every 20days of work performed and 9 days leave as per National and festival holidays Act.
As per the shops & Establishment Act
12days each , SL,CL & EL will be given to the individual.
