03 September 2014 Dear SIr/ Mam,
As provident fund limit is increased to Rs.15,000/- from Rs.6,000/- w.e.f. 1/9/2014.

Does this mean salary of august 2014 which is going to be paid in the month of september 2014 is required to be deducted PF on Rs.15,000/-.
OR
Salary for the month of september 2014 which is going to be paid in the month of october 2014 is required to deducted PF on Rs.15,000/-

Salary for the month of Aug 14 to be calculated as per Old rules only.

Salary for the month of Sep 14 to be calculated as per New rules.
