13 December 2013 sir, I wanna to known that I had puchased plot on GPA in 2007 then I construct a multi on that plot an sale flats to other parties....in proper sale registery...is transfer to nd then to third party is valid or not....????

13 December 2013 as such the courts banned sale through GPA. In Delhi, sale through GPA was allowed to a limited extent.
