21 January 2015 One of my client got his property registred below circile rate
i.e circile rate of property Rs.18.00 Lacs
and registered the property for Rs.6.00 Lacs only.

Wether registrar or sub-registrar file the return with AIR about this transaction

21 January 2015 Yes, the information is MINED by the income tax department.
Secondly, the Registrar of Revenue also monitors the transactions where there is any LAPSE of stamp duty.
