14 June 2016 when is tax audit required in respect of income or loss from trading in 1 shares intraday and 2 option s and futures. if there is a loss and the total turnover is below one crore is an auditors signature required for filing of returns. please guide me

14 June 2016 Incase of profit tax audit will apply as per the limit u/s.44AB , incase of loss or declaring profit less than 8% of turnover then tax audit will apply u/s44 AB read with sectio 44AD
