06 July 2013 our company is manufacturing co. in Gujarat. Is professional tax deducted on temporary workers? In gujarat, if employees are more than 20, than we have to file monthly return. So, my question is temporary workers are included in 20 employees ? if not included than we have to file quaterly return otherwise monthly return.
