26 August 2013 What is better to enroll myself for the New syllabus or old in Professional of ICSI. Actually I have passed Executive level. Now I have to appear on jnue 2014 for pof exam of icsi.If new than what would be training period ...

26 August 2013 In new syallabus you have 9 papers as compared to 8 in old syallabus. So better enroll before 1st September under the Old Syallabus.

The Professional Programme (New Syllabus 2012) will be implemented with effect from 1st September, 2013. The First Examination under the Professional Programme (New Syllabus 2012) will be held in June, 2014 and the Last Examination under the Professional Programme (Old Syllabus 2007) will be held in June, 2015. From December, 2015 Session, all students will be automatically switched over to the Professional Programme (New Syllabus 2012).

Currently training period is 15 months.The Institute has not revised new training period.
