Where to enter details of an employee who is a senior citizen in the Profession Tax Return? (since senior citizens are not liable to pay profession tax nad there is no separate column in the e-return form.?

04 September 2011 No need to mention their name. Pay the professional tax and attach a statement with the name of the persons from whom you have deducted Professional tax and pay it.
