A Employee draws a Gross Salary of Rs.5,500/- every month.
The Employer regularly deducts Professional Tax as per the law. But in the month of December Due to his excess leave, his salary was Rs.4,500/-.
Is the Employer obliged to deduct Professional Tax in the aforesaid Case?

Yes. Professional tax will be deducted in aforesaid case.
