21 April 2008 What is the proceedure to dissolve a partnership firm by Agreement.
Tell me in detail the document which required and Stamp Paper Value for agreement.
where i have to deposit all the document.

22 April 2008 is your partnership was registered with the registrar of firms. if registered then you need to submit the dissolution deed to registrar also. otherwise just made the dissolution deed. if firm was made with the aggrement then u have to look in the terms and condition of the agreement. if it is time bound or ..... then in my opinion you just inform to the incometax deptt.

stamp paper is needed for Rs. 500/-
