22 February 2014 Sir, I am B.Com. and GDC&A and retired Vigilance Officer from Ministry of Textile.

Now I want to start my practice as Income Tax Practicener and Accountant.

Plz. tell me Can I start as Income Tax Practicener and what is the proceedure for the same.

There is no set procedure that you need to follow for setting up a tax practice.

I would suggest you should join some tax firm at a senior position to start with. This would help to gain experience of the other side of the story (ie client side) which is essential given that working for administration often leads to pro-govt attitude!
