Procedure to obtaining the DIN no

Waht is the procedure to obtianing DIN no? I have no digital signature for that..so shall I first apply Digital signature application or DIn No application?

No need for a DSC for the applicant. Physical signing (except in an anexure)is also done away with. Pl meet a practising CS/CWA/CA. With their DSC, instantaneous approved DIN can be genarated.
