what all procedures and compliances are required to be followed if a listed company wants to change its promoters list?

In case, all the shares which existing promoters held, sold to the public then promoter list will be deleted.
If the existing promoters sold to others, then purchase will be enter in to new promoter list.
In case, all the shares which existing promoters held, sold to the public then promoter list will be deleted.
If the existing promoters sold to others, then purchase will be enter in to new promoter list.
