04 June 2013 Dear Sir,
I am Rajesh Kedarisetti i have completed IPCC first group in November 2012 my surname in ICAI records is wrongly mentioned from CPT registration onwards as Kedariseeti instead of Kedarisetti.So Please tell me the procedure for correcting my surname.

You only make an application for change of name with sufficient documents of correct name. You can personaly visit to the Institute with the documents and correct the name.
