23 November 2011 is prior approval of institute and Principal is required in case of transfer in first year....?????

and if priciple is not agree then what is steps for transfer????

25 May 2012 You ahve to obtain prior permission of the Institute.

For this purpose, you have to write a letter to the Institute seeking permission. You have to mention the reason for taking transfer. You also have to send a recommendation from your employer recommending the transfer.
