in the case of a private limited co. letter for availability of changed name was received from ROC on 25.02.2010. Please tell me the date of AGM, if Board Meeting held on 26.02.2010 and notice issued to members on same date(Please provide the format of notice). is 21 days notice is necessory for AGM or it may be call at shorter notice. What will be the date for filing form 23(is it may be file of next day of AGM) and form 1B(is it may be file just after form 23). Please revert ASAP. Thanks a lot for your support Regd. Anil

Form 23 should be filed within 30 days from the date of EGM (Extra- Ordinary General Meeting. Do not wait for the Annual General Meeting) in which special resolution was passed. Form 1B can be filed only after filing Form 23 because Form 23's SRN should be quoted in Form 1B. Please ensure that within 2 months from the date of name availability you complete all filings
