sir,
I am accountant, our company purchase raw material from foreign, the bill contain excise and customs But how customs and excise duty is charged I am unable to understand so please send me the problems related to excise and customs on import goods.

You can take the cenvat credit of CVD and SAD. you can't claim the part of BCD.
