13 March 2008 4.where there is assignment of contract< the assignee can enforce the contract for various benefits.
Give a case so mthat I can understand it easily

14 March 2008 Suppose Mr. A is debtor who has to pay money to Mr. B under a Contract. and there is other person Mr. C who has to receive money from Mr. B. In this case, if Mr. B request Mr. A to pay the money directly to Mr. C which is agreed in writing by all three party, than it is valid assignement of contract under Indian Law and Mr. C can claim directly from Mr. A.
