Hi
First of all you decide the object of your business thereafter you will framed main objects which is a part of MOA.
'Memorandum' to mean the Memorandum of Association of the company as originally framed or as altered from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
The Memorandum is the charter of a company, which defines the ambit of the operations and the business to be carried on by the company. It is the basic document in the constitution of a company. The main purpose of the Memorandum is to lay down the objects for which a company is formed.
It will be drafted and printed for incorporating of company.
"articles" means Articles of Association of the company as originally framed or as altered from time to time in pursuance of any previous companies law or of this Act, including, so far as they apply to the company, the regulations contained, as the case may be, in Table B in the Schedule annexed to Act No. 19 of 1857 or in Table A in the First Schedule annexed to the Indian Companies Act, 1882 (6 of 1882), or in Table A in the First Schedule annexed to the Companies Act, 1913 (7 of 1913) or in Table A in Schedule I annexed to this Act.
