02 January 2012 when private co is going to form which acts are apllicable?
what r the procedure require to follow in mandatory form?

02 January 2012 There are certain exemptions provided to the private company. A private company is required to file all forms on various occasions.
Form 1A, 18, 32, 1--- At the time of registration. When private company forms the MOA and AOA, it has to keep its Paid up cap to Minimum 1 Lac.
Further at any time for Appointment or Cessation of Director/Manager/CS, it has to file 32. For any further Allotement form -2.
For Increase in Authorised Cap. form 5.
For Charge
Creation-8
for creation on debentures-10,
for Modification- form 8 or 10 as applicable.
For satisfaction in full- form 17 etc.

Section 268 and 269 are also not applicabl on Pvt Co so no need to file form 25A, 25B and 25C.

Section 293, 294, 294AA, 295 etc. these imp sections are not appllicabl on Pvt Com.
