01 September 2014 Sir, i've finished my IPCC, i'm working at a small firm. I want to change my firm as I don't think it can give me a better scope allover the industry... Is it advisable to quit and go for a mediocre firm or just move on as it doesn't matter.

03 September 2014 final dec is urs so if u think there is no value addition made at ur cv thne u find a good firm but very risky as if u take a dec then wat in case if new firm is worst then this
