how to file previous years income tax returns (Ay- 2009-10 & 10-11)now. any chance to file e-returns

Return of AY 2009-10 and AY 2010-11 can not be filed since the same is time barred. Last date of filing belated return was 31.03.2011 and 31.03.2012 respectively.
If it is a refund case and you want to claim the refund the only way is to invoke section 119(2)(b) i.e., application for condonation of delay.
