Prequisite on house property

07 January 2011 Kindly inform how to calculate prequisite value on house provided by state govt., is it 7.5% of the basic+GP+DA. what about the rent paid to employer and HRA not claimed. How to minimise the tax.

07 January 2011 Rent paid by the employee to employer or any recovery relates to Rent by the employer can be reduced from the value of requisites. in claiming Rent free accomodation, HRA exemption cannot claim
