26 January 2008 I think u r asking this for Final, so in final u should go through all actg std, specially 9 to 13, 16 to 29.
For corporate laws, as u must know I think, All sections of Directors Chapter and board meeting are must to remem, in ITax u should parrot procedural part and exemptions & deductions in every head of Income.
