currently m doing internal audit of a company...

my client Reimburse mobile bill of its employees after showing Bill, actual or limit which ever is lower..

m facing problem in employees having prepaid num how may i know there actual useage??

Please help its urgent..

15 July 2011 Prepaid mobile we cant get the actual usage. presently you can ask for the declaration from the particular employee as "using mobile for official purpose and get acknowledge from employer also.

suggest client to make suitable change in reimbursement scheme which providing the official bills details ( may ask for reimbursement against the post paid connections only.
