Pre-ponement of ipcc final exams for six months

05 July 2012 Respected Sir/Madam,
I want to know that the students who have cleared Ipcc can give exams six month earlier from the due date of exams.
e.g. I cleard my Ipcc both group together on feb.2011 and my attempt is nov 2013.
can it be possible to give exams on may 2013 for me ?
