A CA worked in CA firm for salary can carry out his practice with his own name?
A CA worked in CA firm for salary can carry out his practice with his own name?

No. A CA working in CA firm as an employee can not practice in his/her own name. However if he/she is working as part-time partner then, he/she can practice in his/her own name.
