21 January 2013 is student eligible to get exemption from 15 months practical training in c.s. if he has done c.a. 3 n half year article ship ?

No, you can not get exemption in 15 months training on the basis of CA articleship.

21 January 2013 but there is new notification on www.icsi.edu website stating (Gazette Notification containing the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 to implement New Training Structure of the ICSI) so what was that ?? i did not get idea what to do ??
