11 January 2015 If some one is working in a pvt company, and company is deducting 'PF' from his salary every month,

I want to know can he open a separate 'PPF' account his own. to claim more deduction u/s 80C?

11 January 2015 Yes he can open a PPF Account. No issues with that. PF & PPF are both separate.
