17 June 2011 Dear Sir,
I am a property broker.one of my client has puechased a property of 1.16cr asper circle value whille as per sale deed value is 63lacs.Now my client wants to register this property through power of attorny.the power of attorny holder is not in blood relation with the buyer.
Now i want to ask you that
1]should this power of attorny must be regestered with registar office or will it do a nottory on Rs. 500/stamp paper?
2]Approximatly how much expence/stampduty will be payable for registering above power of attorny?

You must be given voluble information to Ur Clint; they must be executive special Power of attorney and register in registrar office
Special power of attorney attracts stamp duty
