Is it required to file Form 62 after giving a public notice for dispatch of Notice of Postal Ballot and the purpose u/s 293(1)(a)?

Also you have to file form-23 for the purpose of section 293(1)(a) as desired by section 192(4)(ee) of the companies act, 1956.
