11 August 2016 Dear All,

I have one client who belongs to dadra nagar haveli and by profession he is a Doctor and his total income is more than 10lac. I read some where about the portuguese civil code but I did not get proper idea about the provision.

Please guide me for return filing process and provisions of this civil code.

11 August 2016 if the person is governed by Portugese civil code, then click on the same in the first sheet of ITR2
You also need to fill sheet 5A....regarding apportionment of income as per the said code...
