what are the criteria to become a GM Finance.

You should be at least CA with gr8 experience in finance and taxation at higher level of the top management.
Further everything is dependent on your current profile and the profile and work you are going to handle in next 2 years...
Time is not the only factor for higher position...so work hard and gain maximum experience...
