Pls share any notification/regualtion which deales with pledge of shares by unlisted company

Pledge of shares by a listed company is regulated by SEBI and Stock Exchange. However for unlisted there is no restriction and they can pledge there share through passing a board resolution in this regard. The should be entered in the Minutes book.
