1. Is gift given to relative deductible expenditure?
2. What are the different expenses a businessman can claim? Apart from normal expenses.
3. Can loan taken from friend or relative be used as a mean for tax planning and if so how?

1. no, not deductible

2. dont know what you mean by "apart from normal expenses". expenses incurred for the purpose of business only shall be allowed

3. there is no tax planning here...
