18 January 2018 We are registered & take supply from GTA. We pay GST in below mentioned manner :-
1) We pay freight to GTA & GTA is in same state - CGST + SGST applicable
2) We pay freight to GTA & GTA is in different state - IGST applicable

Is the above practice is correct?

Please advise.
