Can Personal Ledger Account in Excise ever have negative balance?
i.e. it has a Debit balance
but can it have a credit balance too?
Please explain with an example.

it is not CREdit bal after every month payment it remain as nil or debit bal.
credit bal. means you have not paid duty .
