Does CCD, Barista, get there 75% of the income as agriculture income( Growing and roasting of coffee) and only 25% of the income is subject to tax ?

Does Tata Tea get 60% of the income as agriculture income (Growing and manf. of tea )

26 January 2012 Well fpor Barista and CCD I am unaware about the fact that the company is engaged in growing and manufacturing of coffee also or not...and further they are engaged in not just selling of coffee powder or such...so there system of taxation is different.

26 January 2012 And for the Income of Tata Tea yes they get the benefit of the agriculture income for that much part of the income whihc is attributable to just and just their farms not on that part of income which is grown in somebody's else farms but is sold under the brand name of Tata

26 January 2012 N for The Tata Tea...they get the exemption on that much part of the income which is attributable to the sale of Tea grown and cured on their own tea farms...not for the rest income which they earn by marketing and selling the tea of others fram under their brand name...
