Will any one let me know whether to deduct PF from the salary of an employee whose salary is Rs. 10000/- per month? Please provide the detailed explanation.

04 January 2011 if basic plus DA is above 6500/-, & the employee submits a declaration cum request for not opting for PF, PF may not be deducted.
