14 December 2010 Hello sir please advise me which contract will applicable PF liable and which contract can not so. please provide about PF details

14 December 2010 In all such type of contracts , where manpower is envolved and work is executed in your premises PF will attract.

In case contractor is not making the payment of PF , Contractee has to made the payment. So you have to ensure that PF payment has been made on time.

16 December 2010 Thank you sir but in which way we should avoid the same. there is any possible way to avoid the PF. all the contract like sub contract, work contract, and labour contract which contract will applicable under PF Act sir because each contractors have less then 20 worker on him so PF is not applicable is this correct or not sir please give me the details on this issue sir
