Pf applicability on japaneese

Dear All
Greetings of the day!!!!!!!!!
our co. is pvt ltd, and there are five japanese hired on salary basis,One of them is
authorised as DIRECTOR of co.Please help me
for below query
(a)Is it mandatory that PF should be deducted
on their gross salary
(b)is there any agreement in between japan & india or any law that PF is not applicable on them.

Hi
What i assume that there Basic is above Rs. 6500/- then no PF is applicable.
You will have to get a Form 19 filled by you.
