CAN A DIRECTOR TAKE PERSONAL LOAN BY PLEDGING COMPANY'S PROPERTY?

normally it works the other way around!!! the director's property is pledged for company's loans!!
can it be done, I believe it would very difficult under the new companies act 2013.
